We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Accounting team and help support the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our financial operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely invoice processing, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting compliance and financial reporting activities. You will collaborate across departments and partner with vendors to help drive operational excellence and financial accuracy.

What You'll Do


Lead Accounts Payable Operations

  • Supervise  and support the Accounts Payable team, including work assignments,  training, and daily operations 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related transactions 
  • Review invoice coding and maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls 
  • Manage vendor relationships, including reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and inquiry support 
  • Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and general ledger review 

Support Financial Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain W-9 documentation and support annual 1099 reporting requirements 
  • Assist  with commission and sales bonus calculations, as assigned 
  • Support audit activities, tax documentation, and business compliance requirements 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy 

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely approvals and alignment with financial processes

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)      
  • 3+  years of accounting or accounts payable experience; prior leadership experience preferred 
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, general ledger coding, and internal controls 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards preferred 
  • Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting concepts, and audit support processes
