We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to help deliver exceptional consumer experiences while supporting store operations and brand standards. This role supports sales performance, consumer engagement, merchandising execution, and operational consistency while helping create a welcoming and elevated retail environment. You will collaborate closely with store leadership and team members to support retail success and strengthen consumer relationships.

What You'll Do


Elevate the Consumer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional consumer engagement and personalized service that reflects the Travelpro brand 
  • Support sales goals and KPI achievement through effective selling behaviors and product knowledge 
  • Build strong consumer relationships while maintaining a welcoming store environment 
  • Assist consumers professionally while resolving questions and concerns 
  • Represent the Travelpro brand, products, and consumer lifestyle with enthusiasm 

Support Store Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with store leadership and team members to support operational and consumer engagement goals 
  • Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation standards 
  • Complete operational tasks accurately while following company policies and procedures 
  • Support store readiness, operational consistency, and additional initiatives as assigned 
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative retail culture
