We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations while helping deliver exceptional consumer experiences and maintain Travelpro brand standards. This role partners closely with store leadership to support team development, operational consistency, merchandising execution, and sales performance within the store environment. You will play an important role in supporting store success, strengthening consumer engagement, and helping create a collaborative, high-performing retail culture.

What You'll Do


Support Store Operations & Team Performance

  • Support daily store operations, scheduling, operational consistency, and overall store readiness
  • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and development of store team members
  • Help maintain store records, operational documentation, and safety standards
  • Partner with store leadership to support team performance and operational goals
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager when needed

Elevate Consumer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Deliver and reinforce exceptional consumer engagement throughout the store experience
  • Support team selling efforts and assist consumers throughout the sales process
  • Maintain visual merchandising, promotional updates, pricing accuracy, and brand standards
  • Support inventory organization, merchandise processing, and operational accuracy
  • Help resolve consumer concerns and communicate operational opportunities to leadership

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting merchandising, inventory management, and operational execution
  • Experience working in fast-paced consumer-facing retail environments
  • Visual merchandising experience preferred
