We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to support global order management, customer account coordination, and operational excellence across the United States, Europe, and Canada. This role sits at the center of customer experience, supply chain coordination, and global operations - ensuring orders move efficiently while helping deliver a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate across departments to solve operational challenges, improve workflows, and maintain operational accuracy.

What You'll Do


Drive Global Order & Operations Management

  • Manage customer orders across the US, Europe, and  Canada while ensuring compliance with shipping and account requirements 
  • Coordinate shipment routing, logistics details, and customer account maintenance activities 
  • Maintain operational reports, customer documentation,  and system accuracy across platforms 
  • Resolve operational and order-related issues to support customer satisfaction and department goals 
  • Support workflow optimization and operational  improvement initiatives 

Elevate the Customer Experience

  • Partner with Sales, Planning & Purchasing, Inventory, Distribution Center Operations, Accounting, Logistics, and Customer Service teams 
  • Communicate proactively across departments to resolve operational challenges 
  • Help create operational consistency that strengthens customer trust and service quality 
  • Support customer-focused initiatives that improve responsiveness and efficiency 
  • Contribute to scalable processes that support global operational growth

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, operations coordination, or administrative support 
  • Experience working with ERP systems, EDI platforms, WMS systems, customer portals, or related technologies 
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, and Word 
  • Knowledge of operational workflows, reporting, and customer service best practices 
  • Experience supporting international or multi-region operations preferred
