Traveling Operations Coordinator

Department: Operations

Travel: Up to 75% throughout Tennessee Branches

Salary: $50,000/yr plus opportunities for monthly and quarterly bonuses

As our Traveling Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as a key partner to our Operations team by supporting multiple branch locations throughout Tennessee. You'll help other employees, strengthen branch operations, recruit top talent, ensure compliance, and provide outstanding service to customers and employees alike.

What You'll Do

As a Traveling Operations Coordinator, you'll be a trusted resource for our branch teams by:

  • Traveling to branch locations (up to 75%) to provide operational support and maintain company standards
  • Partnering with Operations to ensure branches operate efficiently and consistently
  • Supporting Staffing Coordinators and Branch Managers by stepping in wherever help is needed
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for skilled and general labor positions
  • Coaching branch employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Reviewing I9 documentation, workers' compensation classifications, and other compliancerelated processes
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, collections, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Verifying customer satisfaction through followup calls and helping strengthen client relationships
  • Processing work orders and ensuring customer files and documentation remain accurate and up to date
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, clients, and vendors
  • Taking on additional projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of our growing organization
  • What We're Looking For

    Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of professional work experience in customer service, operations, staffing, recruiting or a related field
  • Previous staffing industry experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Skills & QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:

  • Willing and able to travel up to 75% throughout Tennessee
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) are required
