Job description

Overview

We're looking for a Travel Network Engineer to support global network and IT operations across multiple international locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong Cisco networking skills who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting a variety of technologies, and traveling extensively.

Important Requirements:

  • Active CCNA required
  • Valid Passport required (or ability to obtain one immediately)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally and domestically (typically 2-3 weeks per month)
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24x7 operations

What You'll Be Doing
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and support Cisco routers and switches.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 network support for global environments.
  • Troubleshoot network, server, desktop, and infrastructure issues.
  • Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
  • Configure and support LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Perform system administration and network monitoring tasks.
  • Assist with server deployments, software installations, backups, and storage management.
  • Work directly with customers, local IT teams, and leadership to communicate technical issues and solutions.
  • Support international offices and foreign nationals in a customer-facing environment.
  • Maintain documentation and network management tools.

  • 4+ years of Cisco networking experience
  • Experience installing and upgrading Cisco routers and switches

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
