Job description

W2 Senior Network EngineerIntroduction:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer / Technical Project Lead to support large-scale enterprise network infrastructure initiatives, including new site deployments, network expansion, and connectivity projects. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong Cisco networking expertise combined with the ability to define project scope, gather technical requirements, and collaborate closely with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Network Engineer who can bridge technical engineering requirements with project delivery objectives while remaining actively involved in implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise network infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
  • Design, deploy, and support new site network buildouts.
  • Execute LAN, WAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN implementations.
  • Support circuit provisioning, ISP coordination, and network connectivity initiatives.
  • Participate in hands-on Cisco network engineering activities.
  • Define technical project scope based on customer and business requirements.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to estimate timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco networking solutions.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across multiple sites.
  • Work with internal engineering teams, vendors, carriers, and service providers.
  • Support network architecture improvements and infrastructure modernization.
  • Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
