The NOC Analyst I will be responsible for monitoring and supporting network infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving network issues, and collaborating with other teams to maintain a secure network environment.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor network devices, servers, and services through NOC monitoring tools to ensure continuous and optimal performance.
• Proactively identify network issues, service disruptions, and outages, and escalate to higher-level teams if necessary.
• Track network performance metrics and log incidents for resolution and reporting.
• Respond to and resolve network alarms, alerts, and incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, outages, and performance problems.
