YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.


As the Housekeeping Inspector, you will ensure quality of cleanliness and general maintenance of rooms and public spaces. In addition, you will provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini bar on a consistent basis throughout a guest's stay. You will maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items. You will inventory all guest mini bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to the guest's departure. You will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Inspect housekeepers' work to required standards to ensure quality checkouts and daily service in units and in public spaces.
  • Assist with cleaning of rooms and/or covering for housekeepers as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Tech or Supervisor.
  • Report any theft, damage, or lost and found items to management.
  • Ensure that proper furnishing and literature is in all units.
  • Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
  • Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
  • May perform similar duties as requested by Supervisor, Director, or General Manager.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

  • Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
