What you'll own
  • Drive a best-in-class global travel program that delivers measurable cost savings, enhances traveler experiences, and supports business growth across multiple regions.
  • Lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations to secure high value agreements with travel and event suppliers, maximizing value, mitigating risk, and improving service performance.
  • Influence travel and event strategy through data driven insights that improve policy effectiveness, increase program adoption, and strengthen visibility into spend, savings, and business outcomes.
  • Build trusted partnerships across Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Security, and business leaders to ensure travel solutions align with organizational priorities, duty of care requirements, and evolving business needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and supplier accountability by establishing performance standards, monitoring results, and implementing enhancements that elevate quality, compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence.

What you'll bring
  • Experience in procurement, corporate travel management, event management, or a related sourcing environment, with a proven record of delivering business value through strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management capabilities, with the ability to achieve favorable commercial and service outcomes.
  • Analytical skills that enable you to transform travel and spend data into actionable recommendations that improve performance, efficiency, and decision making.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced, international, matrixed organization while maintaining a strong focus on results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and project management skills, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Be able to work a hybrid schedule, working 3 days a week on site at our Alpharetta, GA offices, 2 days remote.

It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience supporting global or multi regional travel programs and navigating regional travel requirements and supplier landscapes.
  • Professional certifications such as Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
  • Knowledge of sustainability, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, or diversity sourcing initiatives within travel and event procurement.
