Your skills
  • 2+ years hands-on field-service/hardware experience (servers, networking, cabling) with demonstrated independent execution
  • Provisioning capability: BIOS/UEFI, RAID, firmware, OS installation.
  • Ability to follow runbooks and floor-layout diagrams precisely and instruct Level 1 colleagues.
  • Previous experience with liquid cooling
  • Valid Drivers License
  • This role is hourly Non-Exempt with a targeted salary range of 25-28 USD.

Your tasks
  • Analyse, maintain and troubleshoot system, backup, server network and storage infrastructure
  • Travel between various customer sites supporting multiple software and hardware environments
  • Drive an own project by end of the apprenticeship program
