Our business is all about service, and we will always go the extra mile to ensure that the time spent at the destination is as seamlessly organised and memorable as the time spent onboard one of our charter flights.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in travel sales and client management, combined with proven leadership experience. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a luxury travel consulting team from the ground up. You will initially operate as a senior individual contributor-driving revenue, managing high-value, and delivering exceptional service-while helping shape processes and support the hiring and development of future team members.

  • Acting as a senior point of contact for complex bookings, VIP requests, and escalations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Working towards & exceeding daily, monthly & annual goals linked to both productivity and financial targets, and being able to collaborate, work as part of a team, and contribute towards a wider group collective.
  • Following company procedure in a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both TTD and your clients.
  • Working productively in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment, and making prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks.
  • Maintaining a "Customer First" attitude and taking full ownership of our customers in-destination experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully.
  • Representing the business at industry events, supplier meetings, and client engagements

  • A willingness to commit to the demands of the role - including (where necessary) working outside of regular working hours to get the job done.
  • Ability to work independently, but also able to collaborate with people inside and outside of both The Travel Division and the wider parent company.
  • Somebody who enjoys working to both individual and team goals / objectives, within in a friendly and competitive environment.
