ABA Behavior Technician — No Certification Required, We'll Pay to Get You Certified!

Part-Time (With Room to Grow Into Full-Time) | Clinic-Based ABA Sessions

$19–25/hour | M–F Mornings, Midday, and/or Early Evenings.

No weekends or holidays!

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is growing and we're looking to add new Behavior Technicians to our clinic treatment team. No CBT or RBT certification? No problem — we'll cover the cost of your Certified Behavior Technician training!

Whether you're brand new to ABA or already hold a CBT or RBT credential, you'll get the structure, supervision, and support to grow your skills, your confidence, and your career.

What You'll Do

Work one-on-one with children in our clinic, running individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll lead skill-building activities, provide behavior support, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers — all within a structured clinic environment built to support your success.

You'll need strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with kids and parents alike, all while keeping clear clinical boundaries. A BCBA is on-site and with you every step of the way — providing feedback, guidance, and support so your sessions stay effective and on track.
