Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time – Paid Training Provided

Knoxville Center for Autism (KCA) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children ages 2–10 in a clinic‑based, supportive, and team‑oriented environment.

Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, guaranteed hours, and on‑site BCBA support — so you can focus on doing meaningful work without burnout.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience and obtaining RBT certification
Raises: Opportunities for wage increases every 6 months, with additional advancement tied to leadership roles and professional development
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends
Location: Clinic‑based (no driving)
