What the Role Looks Like
In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children in home-based settings, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through ABA therapy.
Your day-to-day may include:
Running individualized programs designed by a supervising BCBA
Building positive relationships with clients and families
Taking session data and completing notes
Helping create meaningful progress through consistency, patience, and encouragement
Traveling locally to client homes or designated service locations

What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
Active RBT certification through the BACB
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong communication and professionalism
Preferred:
Previous ABA experience
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented individuals
A genuine passion for working with children
