Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. Our team values collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow.

This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

  • Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A $100 hire-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates who:

  • Hold an active RBT certification

  • Live in or are willing to actively work in the service area for the position

  • Have evening availability

  • Are available for a full-time schedule

Bonus eligibility will be reviewed and discussed during the hiring process based on current staffing needs. Candidates who qualify will receive the $100 hire-on bonus after successfully serving a client for 45 days.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client progress

  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members

  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
