Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Bradenton, FL 34207 Position Type: Hourly (Full-Time or Part-Time) Service Settings: Clinic, Home, and School-Based Services Schedule: Flexible weekday scheduling with opportunities for daytime and after-school hours

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Gulf Coast team serving children and families throughout the Bradenton area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services across our Bradenton clinic, local schools, and home settings while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are committed to your success.

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents

  • Collect and accurately document session data

  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements
  • Support skill generalization across multiple environments

Where You'll Work

Clinic Services

Provide ABA therapy in our Bradenton clinic located at 4418 5th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207, working alongside a collaborative team of BCBAs and fellow RBTs in a structured clinical environment.

School-Based Services

Support elementary, middle, and high school students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Home-Based Services

Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.
