Job description

Helping Hands for Children is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services in Miami-Dade County. Our focus is to support our clients and their families through intensive, comprehensive interventions that help improve functioning at home, school, and in the community. We provide services across the lifespan for clients with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant, and Conduct disorder among others. Our staff works hand in hand with other professionals in the best interest of our clients.

We are currently looking for a (1) Male English & Spanish-speaking RBT for 2 clients & (1) English speaking RBT certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The current cases are in Homestead & Cuter Bay.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field recognized by FL state

* RBT certification by the BACB

* Medicaid provider ID in good standing

* CAQH number and completed application

* At least 2 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis or Mental Health

* Work ethics and integrity

* Follows BACB code of ethics and federal/state laws

* Spoken and written* English a must*, Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

* Able to use computer software for documentation and data collection

* Reliable transportation

* Receptive to feedback

* All training and in-services required by AHCA, Medicaid, or as required by the agency

* Must be able to provide evidence of physical (medical) and substance (drug) evaluation for work, and negative PPD skin test or other.

*Must have up-to-date AHCA Background Screening
