RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) – Part-Time | Zip Code 33069

Blue Compass Behavioral Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a teenage client in the Pompano Beach/Coconut Creek area (33069).

Schedule:

Summer: Afternoon hours

School Year: Morning hours

Hours Approved: 24 hrs/week

Requirements:

Active RBT certification (BACB)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required

Male candidates strongly preferred to best match client needs

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Experience working with adolescents with autism preferred

Additional Notes:

Private pay case – no Medicaid provider enrollment required

Must be comfortable with schedule shifts between summer and school-year hours.
