Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Fully Remote

Immediate Start | Part-Time or Full-Time

Position Overview:

  • Fully remote role supporting clients in Colorado

  • No state licensure required — only credentialing

  • Looking for someone bilingual

  • Immediate start required

  • Flexible structure: Part-time or Full-time options available

  • Caseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessments

  • Clients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely

  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach

  • Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Able to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required)

  • Strong experience with CentralReach (required)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a full remote caseload independently

  • Ready to start immediately and take ownership from day one

  • Comfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedules

Compensation:

  • Hourly: $70–$90/hour (based on experience)

  • Full-Time Salary Option Available: For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseload

  • Competitive salary structure based on experience and performance
