RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) – Part-Time | Zip Code 33069

Blue Compass Behavioral Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a teenage client in the Pompano Beach/Coral Springs area (33069).
Schedule:

  • Summer: Afternoon hours
  • School Year: Morning hours
  • Hours Approved: 24 hrs/week
Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification (BACB)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
  • Male candidates strongly preferred to best match client needs
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Experience working with adolescents with autism preferred
Additional Notes:

  • Private pay case – no Medicaid provider enrollment required
  • Must be comfortable with schedule shifts between summer and school-year hours.
