The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time, school-based position in Milton, FL. The BT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
  • Support classroom and individual student needs
  • Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
  • Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
