Job description

We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, groups, and families. The LCSW will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and providing clinical interventions to help clients navigate emotional, mental, and lifestyle challenges.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial clinical assessments and mental health evaluations to determine client needs and diagnoses.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure access to necessary social services, housing, or financial assistance.
Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Proven experience in clinical counseling and case management.
  • Strong knowledge of the DSM-5 and therapeutic best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse client population.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a consistent caseload.
