Job description

Since 2000, Logix Guru has been a leading provider and valued partner of Information Technology (IT) Staffing and Digital Engineering solutions with expertise in Application Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data and Analytics, DevOps, Low Code Development, and Digital Assurance. We have served the Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, and Software Development industries.
Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on sourcing new opportunities with qualified buyers, establishing and nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored IT solutions that drive value and close business. This position is ideal for a sales "hunter" who thrives on the challenge of securing new clients and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Logix Guru is based out of Murrysville, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Prospecting:
    • Conduct In-Depth Market Research: Analyze industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to stay informed about the market landscape.
    • Identify and Target Potential Clients: Use proactive prospecting, referrals, and lead generation activities to build a robust client base.
    • Cold and Warm Outreach: Utilize various methods, including cold calls, email outreach, social media, networking, and face-to-face visits, to connect with potential clients.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, aiming for 3x the current sales targets to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  2. Relationship Building:
    • Develop Strong Rapport: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and hiring managers.
    • Engage Prospects Meaningfully: Interact with prospects in a way that addresses their unique challenges and needs.
    • Develop Account and Close Plans: Create strategic plans for account management and deal closure, ensuring a structured approach to moving prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Organizational Mapping: Identify and map key stakeholders within target organizations to effectively navigate the sales process.
  3. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
    • Prepare Compelling Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations that highlight the benefits and ROI of our IT solutions.
    • Develop Detailed Proposals: Create comprehensive proposals that outline the proposed solutions, pricing, and implementation plans, tailored to each client's specific needs.
  4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead Negotiations: Manage negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are mutually beneficial.
    • Understand Client Needs: Listen to client concerns and objectives to tailor the negotiation strategy effectively.

    • Create Win-Win Solutions: Strive to create mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the client's needs and the company's goals.
    • Close Sales Deals: Execute final contract terms, ensuring all details are accurately captured and agreed upon.
    • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by successfully closing deals.
    • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
  5. Post-Sales Support:
    • Implementation Coordination: Work closely with project management and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
    • Ongoing Client Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the software development industry, with at least two years in a consultative sales role.
  • Deep understanding of IT/Digital Engineering solutions with the ability to articulate technology and product positioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education/background in IT.
  • Active sales experience in IT staffing in the Pittsburgh market.
