Job description

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Travel & Expense, this role reviews employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance and supports employees with expense, travel booking, and platform questions. Structured, fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Responsibilities

  • Review expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance — receipts, itemization, cost coding, business purpose
  • Flag duplicate, excessive, or out-of-policy transactions; return corrections with clear instructions; meet internal SLAs
  • Escalate repeat non-compliance and support corporate card monitoring
  • Track team KPIs and analyze spend for trends, misuse, and savings
  • Support audit documentation requests and maintain internal procedures
  • Answer employee questions on requirements and policy interpretation; support training
  • Troubleshoot issues with the expense platform and travel management company


Qualifications

  • T&E audit/compliance experience in Concur or a comparable platform preferred
  • Understanding of internal controls and financial compliance principles
  • Strong attention to detail and sustained accuracy on repetitive work
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently; strong written and verbal communication
