Position: Creator Coordinator

Job Description: Social Currant is seeking applications for a Creator Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Digital Strategist, this entry-level position will coordinate creator partnerships for client campaigns in the impact space. Responsibilities include sourcing values-aligned creators, managing creator outreach and communications, overseeing content deliverables from contracting through approval, tracking campaign metrics, and supporting the development of creator-driven strategies. This would be structured as a full-time employment contract for a term of 6 months.
The following are a specific actions & responsibilities associated with this role:
  • Matchmake creators with causes: Source values-aligned creators, in and outside of Social Currant's creator ecosystem, who will advance client goals.
  • Conduct creator outreach: Act as campaign point-of-contact and Social Currant representative for creators (and talent agents/managers) participating in client campaigns. Ensure a positive experience for creators from start to finish.
  • Manage the content lifecycle: Orchestrate the smooth execution of creator deliverables from contracting, to managing the pipeline of drafts, to stewarding concepts through approval.
  • Brainstorm impactful campaigns: Support Senior Digital Strategists in developing unique creator-driven strategies for client campaigns, to not only meet client goals-but make a tangible difference.
  • Show the impact of our work: Manage the collection and organization of campaign metrics and support the Senior Digital Strategist with its analysis to capture the impact of our work qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Collaborate with the team: Contribute to the holistic vision of the Accounts team and its strategy through frequent collaboration and brainstorming with fellow Accounts team colleagues.
  • Keep a pulse on trends: Support campaign strategies by maintaining and continuously evolving a nuanced understanding of the creator impact space.

Requirements:
  • Entry-level position. 0-2 years of experience working in social media, creator partnerships, digital strategy, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative and proactive team player who works well in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Passion and enthusiasm for progressive politics and social impact causes

Preferred, but not necessary:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (communications, media studies, political science, etc.)
  • Spanish-language proficiency (spoken and written)-for working with Spanish-speaking creators and communities

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Fixed-term, full-time employment for 6 months. Potential to extend depending on individual and company performance.
