Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Creator & Strategist based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the voice and community of an innovative AI-powered music creation platform.
You will create engaging educational content, tutorials, and social experiences that help creators unlock new possibilities.
The position combines creativity, strategy, music creation, and community building in a fast-moving technology environment.
You will become a key connection point between creators, product teams, and the broader AI music ecosystem.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, digital platforms, and emerging creative technologies.
You will help define how a next-generation AI product communicates, inspires, and grows its global creator community.

Accountabilities:

As a Content Creator & Strategist, you will own the content strategy and community presence for an AI-powered music platform. You will create compelling educational materials, experiment with the product daily, and transform insights into content that inspires creators while providing valuable feedback to product teams.

  • Create educational content, tutorials, and social media assets that demonstrate product capabilities and inspire creators.
  • Record, edit, format, and publish content optimized for platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Use the platform extensively to create music, explore new workflows, and showcase innovative use cases.
  • Manage social media channels, including content planning, publishing schedules, engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Build and grow an active creator community by encouraging discussions, highlighting user creations, and gathering feedback.
  • Provide structured product insights based on daily usage and creator interactions to help influence product development.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams on launch campaigns and feature announcements.
  • Represent the product at creator events through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and community activities.
  • Monitor trends across AI tools, music creation, social platforms, and creator culture to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop strategies that strengthen brand presence and community engagement over time.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong content production skills, a passion for music creation, and experience building communities around digital products. You should be comfortable combining hands-on creation with strategic thinking and representing an innovative product publicly.

  • Proven experience creating digital content with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
  • Ability to produce educational videos and tutorials end-to-end, including recording, editing, adding graphics or motion elements, and adapting content for different platforms.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for technology, music, or creative products.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, editorial planning, copywriting, publishing workflows, and analytics.
  • Comfortable presenting publicly through events, workshops, product demonstrations, or creator sessions.
  • Genuine interest in AI technology, music creation tools, and the evolution of creative workflows.
  • Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
