Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis Technician (CCHT) to
join our healthcare team. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients undergoing
dialysis treatments. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient
care and are eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we

pre-dialysis testing, assessment, and preparation of the dialysis machine.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during treatments and alert medical staff to
any changes in their condition.
- Perform aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment for
patients undergoing dialysis.
- Administer medications as directed by the attending physician or nurse
practitioner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement
individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, including vital signs,
medications, and any complications that may arise during treatment.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families,
promoting a positive experience and enhancing patient outcomes.Skills- Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy, as well as
medical terminology.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and ability to maintain a sterile
environment.
- Experience with dialysis treatments and the ability to operate dialysis
machines.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate
effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a
calm and patient demeanor in high-pressure situations.
