Schedule: Day Shift - 0800-1630
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
- Current Washington State SUDP license
- 2 years of experience in addiction treatment
- Two-year degree or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's preferred
- Trainees with at least 1800 hours of work experience and an active SUDP license may apply
- Must work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment to assigned patients.
- Conduct psycho-educational lectures and provide both individual and group counseling.
- Document patient progress in the medical record.
