Responsibilities
About the team The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team focuses on non-commerce performance products-like lead generation, vertical products and app advertising across various industry verticals. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for performance advertising solutions serving Travel and Entertainment advertisers. This role focuses on enabling advertisers to drive and measure real business outcomes such as bookings, revenue, and return on ad spend across complex, multi-step customer journeys. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with Travel advertisers or closed-loop products as well as performance marketing teams, translating product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives that resonate with key decision-makers. Responsibilities - Own go-to-market strategy for performance advertising solutions designed for Travel advertisers, with a focus on driving bookings, revenue, and repeat customer value. - Partner closely with Sales, Product, and regional GTM teams to understand Travel advertiser needs and design solutions that support closed-loop performance outcomes from ad exposure through conversion and purchase. - Develop positioning, messaging, and sales narratives that connect platform capabilities to Travel-specific performance goals such as demand generation, booking conversion, and revenue growth. - Enable Sales teams through playbooks, training, and objection handling tailored to Travel and Entertainment advertisers with complex decision cycles. - Serve as a strategic partner to Product teams by translating advertiser feedback and market insights into clear recommendations for product prioritization and roadmap development. - Lead advertiser onboarding and enablement programs that help Travel brands successfully launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns. - Track adoption, usage, and performance impact of Travel advertising solutions to inform GTM strategy and continuous improvement. - Partner cross-functionally to develop regional initiatives and vertical programs that unlock incremental growth for Travel advertisers. - Develop thought leadership and executive-facing storytelling around performance marketing trends in Travel, including shifts in consumer behavior, booking patterns, and demand cycles.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing, or go-to-market roles within digital advertising. - Direct experience working with Travel, Entertainment, or Commerce advertisers and understanding their booking and revenue models. - Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts such as demand generation, conversion optimization, and ROAS, with a focus on business outcomes rather than proxy metrics. - Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for sales teams and advertisers. - Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience working closely with Product, Sales, and regional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting advertisers with multi-step or longer consideration journeys, such as Travel or high-value commerce. - Experience building vertical-specific GTM strategies and sales enablement for performance advertising products. - Strong knowledge of both the app and web measurement industry & solutions (Pixel, Conversions API, SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P attribution, MMP etc.) and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns. - Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influencing without direct authority. - Global or cross-regional experience supporting international advertisers and sales teams.
