Job description

Paoli Hospital is seeking an accomplished, visionary Trauma Surgeon to serve as Medical Director of the Main Line Health Trauma Program at our Level II Trauma Center. This leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to advancing excellence in trauma care. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of trauma care across one of the region's most respected health systems.

The Medical Director will partner with executive and clinical leaders, including in a dyad partnership with the Chair of Surgery, to advance excellence in trauma prevention, acute care, research, and education across our hospitals and emergency network. This is a dual administrative and clinical role, offering the opportunity to provide strategic leadership while maintaining an active trauma surgery practice within Main Line Health.

The Medical Director provides clinical and strategic leadership for the growth and development of the trauma program, ensuring quality, innovation, and collaboration across a multi-hospital, community-based academic health system.
