The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation has the primary end-to-end ownership and is responsible for the hands-on management of TransTech's ERP implementation and enterprise systems operating model. This high-impact, highly visible role blends strategic execution and technical engagement across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Job Costing, and Reporting. Primary responsibilities center on project management during implementation to design future-state processes that meet end-user requirements and align with standard ERP functionality wherever practical. This role is newly created to both transform our ERP roadmap and provide succession planning for the Director of Information Technology role. This individual is expected to be comfortable working directly within ERP environments by supporting configuration, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will also support strategic roadmap planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment. This role will support TransTech' s multi-wave ERP transformation and ensure the ERP platform scales with company growth, acquisitions, and operational complexity. The position serves as the single point of accountability for ERP outcomes and acts as the internal project manager during implementation by coordinating business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 712+ years of ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Success leading several full-cycle ERP implementations
• Deep experience with IFS ERP
• Strong manufacturing and/or services ERP background with cross-functional exposure
• Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners
• Experience in the application of AI for project management workflows, as well as within an ERP implementation.
• Demonstrated hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support experience
• Strong understanding of underlying ERP data structures, databases, integrations, APIs, and data quality practices
• Background in enterprise system and data lake integrations (e.g., Microsoft Fabric)
• Proven project leadership, change management, and ERP adoption experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments

• Strong project management skills (Certifications such as PMP or equivalent)
• Effective and thoughtful communication

• Experience with ERP upgrades, standardization initiatives, and system rationalization
• Experience providing back-end support across multiple ERP systems
