Clean Team Company is seeking dependable and safety-focused Lift Operators to join our team. The Lift Operator is responsible for safely operating lift equipment, moving materials efficiently, and supporting daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities

As a Lift Operator, you will:

  • Safely operate lift equipment according to company and facility safety procedures

  • Transport, move, load, and unload materials as assigned

  • Inspect equipment before and after use and report any issues or safety concerns

  • Follow proper operating procedures to prevent damage, accidents, or injuries

  • Work closely with lift spotters, supervisors, and team members to complete tasks efficiently

  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and ensure safe equipment operation in busy work areas

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining work areas

  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within expected timeframes

  • Follow all company, client, and OSHA safety guidelines

Qualifications
