We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Transportation and Warehousing industry. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our transportation services. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on their shipments. Minimum Qualifications:
