  • Project Management & Delivery: Lead and manage transportation planning and traffic projects, including client communication, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in transportation planning and/or traffic engineering, with at least2years in project management.

  • Planning: multimodal planning, corridor/special areastudies, access management, parking, active transportation.

  • Traffic: operational analysis, traffic studies, and design support.

  • Software: Microsoft Office,GIS (preferred), GIS mapping, traffic/transportation modeling tools (Synchro, VISSIM, or similar).

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in TransportationPlanning, CivilEngineeringor related field.Prior consulting or municipal/DOT experience.

  • Familiarity withTxDOT processes and design requirements.

  • PE License

  • Experience in marketing, client development, and proposal preparation.
