What you'll do:

  • Perform initial data quality checks and manage ongoing data quality improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business strategy and operational goals.
  • Support data governance by promoting standards, policies, and best practices across data management processes.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical methods and tools.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in data analysis with strong knowledge of SQL, GCP, and distributed data stores.
  • Experience with/Openness to using AI tools to create visualizations and agentic workflows to simplify day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and relevant tools such as Python and Excel.
  • Understanding of data governance, storage, scalability, and enterprise data architecture principles.
  • Strong business acumen across multiple domains including finance, marketing, and technology.
