Compensation

  • Average annual pay: $75,000-$85,000
    • Combination of loading, unloading, and CPM pay
    • Average of 1,600-1,900 miles weekly
    • Average 8-10 loads a week

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home every night!
  • 5-day work week required (Tuesday through Saturday) with a 6th day requirement on rotation with other drivers
    • 10-12 hours per day with an occasional 14-hour day if conditions arise.
    • 58-63hours per week on average (this will increase on the 6th day rotational weeks.
  • Morning Shift
  • Loading and unloading of product according to requirements for CO2
  • Driving to the destination and unloading the product according to customer requirements
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Following all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations
  • Quality customer service

Equipment

  • Late model well maintained equipment 5 year trade cycle

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiabletractor-trailer driving experiencewith acleandriving record
  • No more than 3 jobs over the past 5 years
  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required
  • Clean MVR and PSP
  • No DUI's in the past 10 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Hiring Radius:Drivers must live within 30 miles of Lake Crystal, MN or be willing torelocatefor this position
