Shift Details: Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday 0700 - 1530 Holidays: As assigned

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Transport Coordinator will work under the direction and supervision of the Coordination Center leadership. Responsible for the effective coordination of medical/non medical transportation for Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin patients, following established pathways and procedures. The personnel will also be responsible clerical duties, collecting and running reports, expected to maintain strict confidentiality and to be courteous and professional at all times.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 2 years of Health care experience is required. Previous EMS Dispatch experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. One year Health Care related certificate from college or technical college is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Must have the ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment. Exemplary telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required. Must possess analytical skills to gather and interpret routine data, maintain semi-complex records and organize work. Working knowledge of EPIC, Windows office systems and all office equipment preferred. Interpersonal skills to gather and exchange information with providers, hospital staff and EMS providers in a courteous and supportive manner without exception. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
