In transparent workplaces, information about company decisions, policies, and sometimes even salaries is openly shared with employees. This transparency fosters trust, collaboration, and accountability among team members. Some companies may even list 'Transparency Officer' or similar roles to oversee these efforts, but typically, transparency is considered a value rather than a specific job title.
