  • Oversee project performance by monitoring schedule, cost, safety, risk, and quality metrics to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage capital project forecasts for a portfolio of transmission projects ranging from approximately $50M-$100M, including tracking spend and communicating budget updates or variances to stakeholders.
  • Review and support project governance documentation, including Project Execution Plans (PEPs), project authorization packages, and other materials required for client funding and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with client standards and project governance processes, including stage-gate reviews, construction governance requirements, and regulatory procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, environmental, permitting, supply chain, construction, and operations to support successful project execution.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders on project performance and portfolio status.
  • Travel up to 10% for client meetings, project site visits, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Bring to the Familia:

  • 7+ years of experience managing or supporting electric transmission, utility, or large infrastructure projects.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising Project Managers or project teams.
  • Strong understanding of the transmission project lifecycle, including siting, permitting, engineering/design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
