Your responsibilities

  • Assist the PMO Manager in North America with the alignment of the company's business needs and technical direction.
  • Manage Country IS end user communication channels including translation of global English communications to French
  • Manage Country or region IS intranet pages
  • Document processes to assist end-users in using internal systems
  • Collaborate with local and global services in providing support to ABB employees
  • Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. (Potentially outside of business hours)
  • Show initiative, finding opportunities to improve upon quality and continuous improvements of existing processes
  • Responsible for organizing internal events related to IT topics (Cyber security, Microsoft Office O365 etc)
  • Provide support to Infrastructure project's team (PMO and SMEs)

Your background

  • 2nd year university in related technology field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365
  • Networking knowledge is an asset
  • Knowledge of audio/video technologies including video conferencing via Microsoft Teams is an asset
  • Bi-lingual French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
