Le Representant des Ventes en Location agira en tant qu'agent de ventes de premiere ligne pour la location de vehicules au credit-bailactuel de l'entreprise, pour les comptes commerciaux de location ainsi que pour les clients potentiels de location commerciale et pour lesbesoins des consommateurs. Exigences:

  • Diplome d'etudes post secondaires, preferablement en administration, ventes ou commercialisation (un atout)

  • 2 annees d'experience de travail dans un poste en ventes ou en commercialisation

  • Fortes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle, en communication avec les clients et en resolution de problemes. Capacitereconnue pour l'organisation efficace des taches efficacement et pour la gestion du temps

  • Facilite la location des vehicules a court terme de l'entreprise pour les comptes de location commerciale, pour les clients potentielsde location commerciale et pour les besoins des consommateurs

  • Travaille en equipe multifonctionnelle avec les ventes, la commercialisation, les operations et la gestion des actifs, tout en utilisantd'excellentes competences de communication avec la clientele

  • Ventes et commercialisation; S'occupe des ventes et des processus de ventes pour les appels entrants ainsi que la sollicitation externe

Summary
The Rental Sales Associate will be responsible for acting as the front line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This requires the Rental Sales Representative to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills.
Essential Functions

  • Facilitates the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs

  • Must work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills

  • Sales and Marketing; Handles sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation

  • Is responsible for executing the business unit's marketing plan

  • Maintains current accurate data within the company's marketing database

  • Is responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads

  • Maintains and expand relationships with existing customer base

  • Maximizes operational effectiveness by coordinating overall inventory levels to meet customer demand Customer

  • Drives profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships

  • Is responsible for overall satisfaction for all internal and external customers

  • Reconciles all customer concerns, issues, disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationship Communication

Skills and Abilities
