We are a physician-led emergency medicine group in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area with a structured training track designed for urgent care physicians transitioning into lower-volume, concierge-like emergency medicine practice. If you’re board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and ready for higher acuity, broader scope, and significantly higher earning potential — this is the path. We operate two modern freestanding ER locations today — El Mirage and Fountain Hills — with two more opening in the next 12 months: a new ER in Tempe and a micro-hospital in Central Phoenix.
