Camp Shield Social Media & Marketing VISTA
Camp Shield's mission is collaborating to empower Veterans - emotionally, socially and physically - to ensure they thrive After Military Service. Our vision is to reduce the risk of Veteran homelessness and suicide by providing a secure and comfortable healing environment for the Veteran and their children to heal and grow. To achieve this vision, Camp Shield provides a series of workshops, mastermind book clubs, peer-to-peer support groups, retreats, financial assistance and resource referral services. This will include a transitional housing program in the future.
Member Duties : By assisting with the development and strengthening of marketing systems, content workflows, communication tools, analytics processes, and Salesforce-connected outreach practices, the VISTA project will increase Camp SHiEld's capacity to address susceptibility to suicide, poverty, and homelessness among Veterans and their families. Objectives of this role include: creating sustainable marketing processes through organized content systems and reusable templates, strengthening multi-platform engagement strategies and analytics practices, and documenting how social media and communication activities connect with Salesforce and related tools to support long-term marketing capacity building.
