Job description

Mission Objectives : The Program Manager serves as the single On-Site Point of Contact providing oversight and management to all contract requirements supporting the ANGRC Web-Tools and AROWS program. This individual is the primary interface between TeAM and the Government and is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and performance of all contractor-delivered services. Position Responsibility Summary: Serve as the designated Program Manager with full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations Function as the primary liaison between the contractor workforce and the COR, CO, and ANGRC leadership Provide oversight across all functional areas: Web-Based Tool Development, Cloud Transition, Risk Management, Customer Support, and AROWS operations Develop and maintain a management communication strategy and escalation procedures for daily Government interaction Ensure all personnel are appropriately qualified, certified, and trained to execute their assigned functions Identify and implement systemic enhancements that increase operational availability and reduce lifecycle costs Provide immediate situational awareness to Government leaders during unscheduled system outages Manage workforce staffing, hiring, and continuity; develop and execute contract transition plans .
