Salary: Training Pay + Bonus/Commissions

Department: Commercial Roofing Division
Reports To: Commercial Roofing Sales Manager
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC (with expansion opportunities in Greenville, Charleston, and Columbia)
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt


Position Overview

The Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for driving recurring revenue and long-term client relationships through the sale of roof maintenance programs and repair services. This position plays a critical role in supporting the companys growth by identifying new opportunities, inspecting roofs, and transitioning aging roofs into reroof projects.



Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough roof inspections and create detailed condition reports with photos.
    • Develop and present maintenance and repair proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Manage service renewals and customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
    • Identify reroofing opportunities and transition qualified leads to the commercial sales team.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoff from inspection to proposal.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records to track maintenance pipelines and renewal opportunities.
    • Support the creation of marketing collateral and service templates to enhance client communication.



Qualifications

    • Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services preferred.
    • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, shingle, etc.)
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to conduct roof inspections safely (training and PPE provided).
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Proficiency with tablets, CRM systems, and digital reporting tools.
    • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required




Compensation

    • Base Salary: $55,000 $65,000
    • Commissions available
    • OTE: $90,000+ depending on performance
