Job description

Position Overview: The Team Member role supports seniors and families through life transitions including downsizing, relocation, estate clear-outs, online auctions, and home preparation services.
  • Team Members work directly with clients and fellow team members to provide compassionate, organized, and efficient support during often emotional transitions.
  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying active, working in different environments, and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with sorting, organizing, packing, and resettling household belongings
  • Prepare items for online auction, donation, shipping, or disposal
  • Photograph and catalog items using mobile technology
  • Stage and organize homes for estate sales, auctions, or move preparation
  • Support auction pickup events and estate sale operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and community partners
  • Maintain respectful, compassionate, and professional communication with clients and coworkers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Follow company procedures for handling client property with care and confidentiality
  • Adapt to changing project needs, timelines, and work environments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Locations
  • Territory is primarily on the west side of Cincinnati, but job sites can be throughout the tri-state in Harrison, Hamilton, Fairfield, Downtown, Indiana or Northern Kentucky.
