Customer Service Rep
Key responsibilities may include:
• Valid Driver License - Must be able to drive a golf carts and Transit Van
• Must be able to work Monday thru Saturday 8am to 6pm and Saturday's 11am to 3pm - shifts will vary from 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm
• Must be able to deal with high volume shipments from all courier
  • Operate mailing and shipping & receiving
  • Operate mail equipment, golf carts
  • Order supplies and update employee lists
  • Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Provide courier & messenger services
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • participate in cross-training
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures

Perform other tasks as assigned

The pay rate for this position starts at $13.00 hr; however, the base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
