What does a typical workday look like for a transit van driver?

A typical workday for a Transit Van Driver often begins with checking the vehicle for safety, planning the day’s route, and loading cargo or preparing for passenger pick-up. Throughout the day, drivers follow scheduled stops, navigate through various traffic and weather conditions, and may interact with customers or clients for deliveries or passenger service. Many positions require maintaining delivery records, obtaining signatures, and occasionally handling cash or completing minor paperwork. The role offers a dynamic environment where organization and punctuality are essential for success.
