Job Description:

The daily responsibilities of a Route Service Representative(RSR) include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for representing Mini Melts Ice Cream to our various customer locations(Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities)
  • Work with decision makers in these locations to ensure we are meeting their needs with our white glove service commitment
  • At each location on your route you will service and stock Mini Melts provided equipment which includes vending machines and Grab N Go freezers
  • You will be provided a company vehicle, Transit Van to deliver product
  • Work closely with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brand
  • Collect, secure, and transport funds removed from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office
  • Ensure equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale. On service call you will be responsible for preventive maintenance such as ice scraping, cleaning, & replacing of stickers or signage of vending machines & Grab N Go freezers
  • RSR will be responsible to update management thru our route for me software
  • Perform tasks as needed by Depot leadership

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Report to local depot at beginning of each day to receive routing updates
  • Drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures. Our typical delivery vehicle is a Transit Van.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Reliable Transportation to and from work
  • Pre-employment physical and drug test
  • Must Be able to Pass a criminal background check
