The Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to become an integral part of our dedicated team. This position is designed to be fully remote, providing you with flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients. Our outpatient setting allows counselors to work collaboratively, utilizing a team-oriented approach to address complex mental health issues. You will have access to various tools and resources that enable you to offer the best care possible, including ongoing training and support from experienced supervisors. The regular work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring no evenings or weekends are involved, thus promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Manage and maintain an active caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, ensure stability, and prepare for potential discharges, when appropriate.
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates diligently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and establish a foundation for effective therapy.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and approaches tailored to clients’ specific issues.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to clients, ensuring an integrated approach to care.
• Exhibit a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities for professional development within the clinical setting.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will predominantly work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, substance use issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. You will draw on your clinical skills and knowledge to help clients navigate their difficulties, optimize their mental health, and achieve their personal goals, empowering them throughout the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential for this role, demonstrating proven capabilities in therapeutic practices.
• Strong critical thinking skills, effective communication, and active listening abilities are necessary to foster understanding and connection with clients.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health disorders would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic healthcare records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to enhance service delivery.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
