• Develop and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and personal growth.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Design individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs, circumstances, and goals of each client, continuously updating these plans based on client progress.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions and treatment reviews, providing ongoing support and guidance while adapting strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress through consistent assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Our clients range from individuals seeking personal therapy to families navigating complex relational dynamics. You will work with diverse populations, including young adults, couples, and families dealing with issues stemming from everyday stresses to more severe mental health disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients overcome obstacles and achieve their personal therapeutic goals.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to time management to balance patient care with administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working in a remote or teletherapy environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to effectively document patient information and progress.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
