• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths, enhancing personalized treatment strategies.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that precisely delineate specific therapeutic goals and actions based on proper assessment.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Administer crisis intervention and risk assessments, preparing and executing safety plans for clients in need.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in adherence with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate psychoeducation programs, support groups, and group therapy sessions aimed at community engagement and client support.

Your focus will primarily be on school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Building rapport and fostering trust with younger clients are essential to promoting open communication and effective therapeutic outcomes. You will work closely with families to navigate these challenges, instilling hope and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health or outpatient clinical settings is necessary.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for conducting evaluations and building rapport with clients.

• Experience working within a school setting or with children and adolescents in mental health contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in collaborative treatment planning and integrate multidisciplinary input.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHR) will be advantageous.
