Job Description Identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify processes and improve outcomes.
Work with business teams to understand pain points and translate them into practical AI use cases.
Support AI initiatives from idea development through pilot, implementation, and scaling.
Coordinate across teams such as Business, Technology, Data, and Operations to move initiatives forward.
Help develop the AI roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
Track results and benefits of AI initiatives and identify opportunities for further improvement.
Promote adoption by helping teams understand and effectively use new AI-enabled solutions.
Stay updated on AI developments and assess relevant technologies that could benefit the business.Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Roadmap

  • Support the development and execution of the AI transformation roadmap.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable AI initiatives and use cases.
  • Help align AI initiatives across different business functions.

2. AI Use Case Development

  • Work with business teams to identify processes and customer journeys that can benefit from AI.
  • Develop and assess AI use cases, including expected benefits, requirements, and implementation approach.
  • Support teams in moving promising ideas from concept to pilot and eventual scale-up.
  • Identify opportunities to connect multiple AI capabilities into broader business solutions.

3. Program & Initiative Management

  • Coordinate the delivery of AI initiatives across Business, Technology, Data, and other stakeholders.
  • Track key milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate discussions and decision-making needed to move initiatives forward.
  • Help remove execution blockers and ensure initiatives remain aligned to objectives.

4. AI Adoption & Change Management

  • Help business teams understand how AI can improve the way they work.
  • Support adoption of AI-enabled tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Develop communication, training, and enablement activities where needed.
  • Capture feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

5. AI Performance & Value Tracking

  • Define success measures and track the impact of AI initiatives.
  • Monitor improvements in areas such as customer experience, productivity, revenue, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates on AI portfolio progress and business impact.
  • Identify initiatives that should be enhanced, scaled, or discontinued.

6. AI Governance & Responsible Adoption

  • Work with Technology, Data, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate AI governance.
  • Help establish practical guidelines for responsible and secure use of AI.
  • Ensure appropriate human oversight, controls, and monitoring are incorporated into AI initiatives.

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities, technologies, and industry practices.
  • Identify opportunities to apply new AI capabilities to existing business challenges.
  • Facilitate experimentation and proof-of-concepts where appropriate.
  • Share learnings and best practices across the organization.
